woven into a "quilt like" pattern, layered on white and Navy blue card stock.  MW680-D "You're the best!" and MW569-C "Believe in your Dreams!" are stamped in black on white card stock, cut out, layered on deckle edged navy blue card stock and glued to the woven pieces of the "Swirls" background.  Card by Davetta Alexander.

 MB781-U "Stage" was stamped with black Memories and copied at 200%.  The center portion of the stage curtain was cut in half to form an opening and glued at each edge to white cardstock.  The curtain was colored with a red oil color pencil.  MC1092-H "You're a Star!" was stamped with a Calypso Kaleidacolor stamp pad, cut out and glued to the stamped image of MC1080-N "Easel" which was stamped on the white card stock that is seen when the curtains are opened.  Card by Davetta Alexander.

ES1199-S "Swirls & dots background" is embossed on a variety of colored card stock with a variety of embossing powders, cut into strips, glued over black card stock as shown and layered on ivory card stock.  The following five images from the Manfred Mantis series are stamped in black on green card stock, cut out and mounted in five of the black blocks:  JA335-E "Electric guitar, Sm."; JA340-E "Bass, Sm."; JA343-D "Guitar, Sm."; JA336-E "Drums, Sm."; JA344-D "Keyboard, Sm.".  MW883-H "Have a Love filled Day!" is stamped on ivory card stock, cut out and glued to the card covering a strip and one black block.  Card by Davetta Alexander.

MB781-U "Stage" was stamped with black Memories on white card stock, colored with oil color pencils and layered on black and white card stock.   The following five images from the Manfred Mantis series are stamped in black on white card stock, cut out and mounted on the stage:  JA335-E "Electric guitar, Sm."; JA340-E "Bass, Sm."; JA342-D "Guitar, Sm."; JA336-E "Drums, Sm."; JA344-D "Keyboard, Sm.".  Card by Davetta Alexander.

  JA339-J "Electric guitar, Lg." was stamped in black Memories on green card stock, cut out and glued to MW726-H "Musical notes" which was stamped on off white card stock  by inking with colored markers and trimming with deckle scissors.  This was glued to ES1198-S "Musical notes background #2" which was stamped in black on off-white card stock and embellished with the "direct to paper technique" using purple and red pads, then trimmed with deckle scissors.  These pieces were glued to ES1200-S "Starburst background" which was embossed in red on off white card stock and layered on purple card stock.  MC1080-N "Easel" and MC1092-H "You're a Star!" were stamped on shrink plastic, colored with oil color pencils, shrunk, glued to each other and mounted on the right corner of the card.  Card by Davetta Alexander.

Background stamps, ES1197-S "Flower word background"; ES1198-S "Musical notes background #2"; ES1199-S "Swirls & dots background" and ES1200-S "Starburst background" were stamped on a variety of colors of card stock and a variety of colors of embossing powders, then cut into strips about 1" wide and glued to white card stock.  This piece was layered on purple deckle edged background card stock.  MW898-H "Smile! and ..." was stamped on off white card stock with black ink, cut out, glued to rectangles of yellow and navy blue deckle edged card stock.  then glued to the background of "strips".  Card by Davetta Alexander.

Embossable metal is cut to the desired size and MC1174-G "Gecko, Med." is stamped in black die ink and dry embossed with paper towels placed under the metal for cushioning.  The metal piece is turned over and the image is "rounded" with a wooden dry embossing tool.  Red from a rub-on kit is rubbed on the image and wiped off so that some of the red stays in the lines.  Lines are dry embossed for a border.  A piece of blue Confetti card stock is edged with a gold Krylon leafing pen and glued to white card stock.  The metal piece is adhered with gold photo corners.  MW657-G is embossed in gold on a rectangle of blue card stock that has been edged with the gold pen.  This is glued to the lower portion of the card.  Card by Margaret Wiggin.

  MC1159-Q "Frame #19, Food" and MC1106-M "You're Invited" are stamped on white card stock with black Memories ink.  The frame is colored with pencils and the card is layered over olive green and white card stock.  Card by Mary Connaway who, also, drew the images.

    MC1159-Q "Frame #19, Food" and MC1138-P "Soup pot" are stamped on white card stock with black Memories ink and colored with pencils, then layered on blue and white card stock.  Card by Mary Connaway who, also, drew the images.

  MB768-K "Fruit jar with lid" and MB763-I "Bouquet, Sm." were stamped on white card stock, colored with chalk and pencils and cut out.  MS692-F "Just a note" was embossed in black on a piece of vellum cut in a rectangle and then mounted on a rectangle with rounded corners cut from  lavender card stock.  The jar and, "Just a note" were glued to the yellow card stock and the bouquet was mounted on foam dots.  Card by Anaka Kagen.

  MB838-T "Rose fan, Lg." is stamped and embossed in gold on dark brown card stock and cut to fit the top of rust colored card stock which has been embossed in gold on the lower section with MB836-D "Carved rose".  A larger piece of  parchment card stock is embossed in black at the top and all are layered.  Card by Tammy Dunlap.

  MC942-Q "Salmon fly collection with rods border" is stamped with a black memories pad on white card stock, colored with pencils and layered on black card stock.  Card by Margaret Wiggin.
