MC1024-P "Loon fishing, Lg." and MW659-F are stamped with a Memories black pad on white card stock which has been trimmed with deckle scissors. The loon is colored with oil pencils and the white piece is layered on mustard and ivory card stock. Although a loon is black and white with a red eye, it is fun to take an "artist's liberty" and color images in many different colors. Card by Margaret Wiggin.

#783 "Alphabet #3, Lg." is stamped randomly on tan card stock with a rust colored stamp pad to create the background paper. This is layered on black card stock. The words, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" are stamped with the same alphabet, colored with pencils, cut out as shown and glued to the background. MC955-L "Cowboy boot" is stamped on shrink plastic, colored, shrunk and attached to the background paper in the right hand corner.   The corners of yellow card stock were cut with Fiscars' Art Deco scissors. ES1199-S "Swirls & dots background" was stamped with a tinted embossing pad and the left of the card was embossed with rose glitter embossing powder, while the right side was embossed with a turquoise embossing powder.  MW881-K "Have a Wonderful Birthday!" and MC1122-K "Fireworks" were stamped with Calypso Kaleidacolor stamp pad on white card stock and both were glued to the "Swirls & dots background". Card by Davetta Alexander.

MC1170-V "Bold woven background" was stamped with bleach on wine colored card stock and trimmed with deckle scissors to create the background. MB158-P "Owl & Moon" was stamped with bleach on navy card stock and bleach was flecked on the image to make spots. The image was cut out and glued to the background.  "Happy Birthday" was stamped with #783 "Alphabet #3" and reduced on a copier to fit. Card by Davetta Alexander.

   ES1199-S "Swirls & dots background" is embossed in gold on turquoise card stock and layered over white background paper that has been stamped with MC1122-K "Fireworks" using a Calypso Kaleidacolor pad. Using the Calypso pad again, MW647-H "Happy Birthday" is stamped on white card stock, cut out and glued to the "Swirl"   background". MB778-E "Balloon, line drawn" is stamped with the turquoise section of the Calypso pad, cut out and glued to the "Swirl" background". Card by Davetta Alexander.

MB778-E "Balloon, line drawn" is stamped with a Calypso Kaleidacolor stamp pad on yellow card stock to create the background which is edged with Fiskars' Art Deco scissors. MW1156-Q "Frame #16, Bold SW, Lg." is embossed in gold on off white card stock and glued to the yellow balloon background. MW881-K "Have a Wonderful Birthday!" is embossed in black on vellum and the back side of the vellum is colored by "direct to paper technique". Card by Davetta Alexander.

MW726-H "Musical notes" is stamped in black on burgundy card stock for the background. ES1198-S "Musical notes background #2" is stamped with various embossing powders on various colors of card stock, cut in different width strips and fitted to the corners of the burgundy card stock in collage fashion. MW647-H "Happy Birthday" is stamped in a Calypso Kaleidacolor stamp pad on white paper, cut out and glued to the background. JA339-J "Electric guitar, Lg." from the Manfred Mantis series is stamped in black Memories, colored, cut out and glued to the background. Card by Davetta Alexander.

#783 "Alphabet #3, Lg." is stamped in the orange and red of a rainbow stamp pad on ivory card stock in a random pattern to form the background. MC904-Q "Frame #7, Barbed wire" is stamped in dark brown ink on light brown card stock and glued to the background. MC1030-L is stamped using a black Memories ink pad, colored with pencils, cut out and mounted on the card. The eye is enhanced with "Diamond Glaze". "Happy Birthday" was stamped with #783 "Alphabet #3" and reduced on a copier to fit. Card by Davetta Alexander.
